Sarojini Nagar, also known as SN, is one of the most sought after shopping destinations from where you can get the most fashionable and trendy clothes at the cheapest prices. Located in the posh south locality of Delhi, it is one of the liveliest and trendy markets in India.
The best thing about this place is that you can buy the most fashionable stuff at unbeatable prices. If you have a nose for shopping and if you are good at bargaining, this is the place to be!
Apart from a large number of branded and local showrooms, this market is full of street side shops selling clothes and accessories such as footwear, belts, jewellery and handbags.
The clothes here are basically export rejects and brand surpluses. You can hunt for international and expensive brands and walk away with original Gap, Tommy Hilfiger and UCB, at very low prices, who’s to know anyway!
You can pick up T-shirts, dresses and tops at reasonable prices. Apart from clothes, you can find a good collection of shoes, handbags, belts and earrings. The place gives you an entire stylish look for as less as Rs. 1000 or less, if you are a good bargainer.
It is a hub for the trendsetters of colleges, from students with a tight budget, to bored housewives, tourists from other Indian states and even from abroad – they all converge here.
Sarojini Nagar market is a must on any shopaholic’s itinerary!

There is a vast array of shopping markets in and around Delhi. The vibrant atmosphere of Delhi markets makes shopping lots of fun.

The major shopping spots in Delhi are the Connaught Place, Karol Bagh, Sarojini Nagar, Janpath and the Chandni Chowk markets.
Popularly known as CP and also renamed as Rajiv Chowk is the must-go place for all tourists to Delhi.
Famous shopping spots in Connaught place:
Outlets of almost all multinational brands available in India are along the inner circle – Benetton, Allen Solly, Reebok, Nike, Levi’s, Lee Cooper – you name it, you can find it.
There are no big shops in Janpath but only small street shops that sell trendy clothes, fashionable jewellery, and Kolhapuri chappals at cheap prices. There are numerous Tibetan stalls selling silver and artificial jewellery studded with semi-precious stones.
For college goers Sarjoni Nagar Market is probably the best place to get the most fashionable and trendy clothes in Delhi at the cheapest prices.
For ethnic wear, Chandni Chowk market in Old Delhi is the best place. It is famous for jewellery and saris, so for those who wish to get a feel of the tradition of India, Chandni Chowk is the place to visit.
